Miami Cooking Challenge
Not just a teambuilding activity, but your eventual dinner as well. Groups split into teams, then create a protein dish and a starch dish from the ingredients included in the “mystery box.” Like Iron Chef, dishes must be prepared within a certain time frame and are judged by the food and beverage team jurying the event.
Teams compete in a series of beach-based games in a round-robin format, with results progressively posted to the record board.
